Frequently Asked Questions

How can I register for just the tutorials?

Tutorial-Only registration is not currently an option. You could pay for the entire conference and find a peer to substitute out of the second day. Please mention that option at sign-in and hand deliver your name tag to the substitute before the opening keynote on the second day.

How much do ‘track’ speakers pay for the tutorials, and how do they pay?

The fee for Tutorials for Track Speakers is $150. Please contact registrar@glsec.org for more information.

When does registration close?

Registration for the event will not close until the day of the conference; however, the lunch meal may not be available for those who register after October 29th.

Does the conference center have high-speed wireless internet?

Yes, and it is free.

What time should sponsors set-up?

The Expo will be on the second day. On that day, general registration begins at 8:00, but sponsors and speakers can arrive as early as 7:30 in order to setup before the public arrives.

I am interested in several different sessions on the second day. Can I mix-and-match tracks?

Absolutely! Find the session that suits you the most in each time slot and go to it, regardless of track.

I am a sponsor. Do I get any free tickets?

Yes! Depending on the your sponsor level, you have either one to three tickets to attend on the second day of the conference so you will be able to staff a booth. If you want to go see a keynote or sneak out for a talk, you are welcome to do so. Sponsors who choose not to have a booth may still use their complimentary ticket(s).

I am a sponsor. Do I get discounted tickets?

Yes! Gold and Platinum sponsors receive a $50 discount on all tickets.

Oops – I can’t make the conference – Can I get a refund?
